Project Director for Countermeasures Assessment & Security Experts, LLC (CASE) and has over 17 years of experience in management, design, engineering, construction, security and infrastructure protection of bridges, tunnels and structures, transportation and conventional facilities. She works on a variety of projects for CASE, including the Walt Whitman Bridge Exercise Program, the PARTSWG Emergency Operations Plan Program, the PennDOT Rail Transit Safety Review Program, and the FHWA Update of the Traffic Monitoring Guide (TMG).
