Bob Bagosy is a strategic thinking professional with more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in Policing, Risk management assessment, corporate security, Executive protection, and Emergency management. His experience also includes expert knowledge of Security policies and technical systems designed to protect persons, facilities, proprietary information, and other assets. He has highly effective communication skills and promotes collaboration within all levels of management. Mr. Bagosy has a BS in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a MS in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University.

Bob is a Volunteer Peer Mentor with the Tragedy Assistances Program for Survivors (TAPS) working with Military family survivors of suicide, his son Sgt. Thomas Robert Bagosy USMI committed suicide after returning from a combat deployment to Afghanistan with MARSOC in 2010, Thomas had been previously deployed to Iraq in 206/2007 where he was wounded in an IED blast where he received a TBI and PTS he died from complication of his wounds on May 10, 2010.

Bob is a Volunteer assistant with the Travis Manion Foundation of Bucks County, PA. The Foundation is named after 1st Lt. Travis Manion USMC who was killed in Action in Iraq in 2007. Bob has volunteered with Survivors and Veteran’s in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Oregon helping to rehab homes for Veteran’s. Bob has also volunteered in Guatemala three times since 2012 also working with the Travis Manion Foundation in building homes for needy people.

Bob has participated in many workshops, has written many blog articles on his sons suicide which have been published by TAPS Magazine, his use of the term Semper FI moments calls out to Marines to remember that Semper Fidelis is a promise to always be Faithful and to care for our fellow Marines.
