ORGANIZATIONAL REVIEW OPERATIONS, CONDITIONS AND PRACTICES
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority Police Department (MARTA PD) has awarded Countermeasures Assessment & Security Experts, (CASE™) LLC, a public safety consulting firm, to assess its organization and operations. The goals of the assessment are both proactive and contemporary. MARTA PD, a stable and well managed transportation services police agency is interested in improving upon its positives and further challenging itself and its command staff to work proactively and more collaboratively, interagency and throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) with its business partners.
The CASE™ principal team members, Chief (ret) E. Ron Frazier, JD, Chief (ret) James Hill, and Chief (ret) Douglas Deleaver assigned to the MARTA Police Department Assessment Project, have a combined total of over ninety (90) years of law enforcement experience, most of which have been served at the senior ranks of transportation police management. The team leader, Ron Frazier has received on-the-job training as a consultant performing police management studies with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
