Jeff Western has over 30 years’ experience in the design, engineering, construction and conventional facilities including bridges and tunnels, and in the management of information technology systems including development of risk based solutions. Jeff has a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a MS Degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Illinois, and a Registered Structural Engineer in Illinois. He is a Certified Disaster Service Worker in California and Illinois having been given essential duties for national disasters or emergencies.
